Get inside the mind of your customer!!

- Who do you want to know what you offer
- Be Age ,Gender and Fashion forward focused
- Capture the attention of both new and existing customers
- Communicate the value of your product or service e.g. Social media
- Be charitable
- Give out promotion items: Hand out samples, work at special events, work with other businesses in your community
- Customers that walk in is a great way to give them something they can use and that will remind them that you exist, who knows they may use it in front of someone else or give it away to someone else who will then learn about your company too.

Point people in the right direction: If your premises is a little off the beaten track, make sure you're well signposted. Put up signs to point potential customers in your direction from busier places locally (but keep it legal).
Take direct action. Give away flyers on a busy street, perhaps flagging up an incentive, such a special introductory offer. Be as vocal and animated as you can and try to attract attention - perhaps with a colourful sign.
Make partnerships with other businesses. Make referrals and recommendations in return for those you receive from others.
Do a leaflet drop. Post leaflets through the letterboxes of potential customers nearby.
